Real Estate branding and marketing
Hood Design named and branded Maverick Landing, a mix-use development of mid and high-rise residential buildings and three and four-story townhouses along East Boston's harborside. The proximity to the harbor, and the nearness to Boston's financial district were both emphasized in the sales tools. The identity was applied to print, web, and signage.
An atmospheric photograph of the ocean and graphic window mullions suggest the water views found in a majority of the homes. The descriptor line "a new neighborhood on the harbor" was written by Hood Design.
